A few weeks ago I went to my normal stylist, the one who has been working with me on my cut for several months now and I was happy with her. I went in for my normal cut and I always had two rules - 1. No layers (because it does not work on my type of hair and I learned this with her before) and 2. Keep the length in the front, only trim (I have a cut that is short in the back and much longer in the front). I have no idea what happened...but I walked out with chunky horrible short layers AND she took at least 2" off my front. It was horrible. I have
