Can I give a NEGATIVE 10 Rating? they quote one price to the home warranty company on price and charge the customer different. Also had to continuously follow up to make sure they were doing their job to get my part in on time and scheduled. would have been waiting 2 weeks for anything to happen if i want on top of them to get it done. how are you still in business? if your warranty company tells you they are sending JJs ask for someone else. NEVER USE THEM !!!!!!
