I have lived here for about 4 years now and have gone from about $850.00 a month with all but electricity included to about $1200.00 a month plus having to pay ALL utility (un-metered) Reported mold growing out of the wall by the laundry room and all that was done was a quick paint job. The apartments common areas are cleaned once a quarter. most of the lights at night are dead, inadequate parking (one non residents car was parked by the front door for over 2 months before they made it move) All this for under 900sqft, no club house, exercise room, swimming pool....In fact
