After renting for 2 1/2 years and not renewing the lease for the last year, the management company decided after I had payed 3 months to charge me fee's and premiums for the previous three months and then sent me a 5 days notice to vacate. BEWARE of Coventry Glen and there management staff. THEY ARE JUST OUT FOR MONEY - no compassion especially in this day and age of the economy.. BEWARE.
