Terrible experience!! I have been going to Hair Cuttery for over 10 years and have never had a problem until tonight. I have even recommended Hair Cuttery to friends who go to pricier salons-but today I am very disappointed at the horribly, rude stylist I have just had the displeasure to meet. She made a mistake on my hair and instead of simply fixing it - she went on and on telling me how she wasn't wrong.
