My elderly dog hadn't improved so I got a second opinion at the recommendation of a friend. The people were pleasant but the "comedy" of errors was inexcusable. They forgot to give me one of the medicines. I live a great distance away and I'm handicapped, but they wanted me to come back. It wasn't my fault so I asked them to mail it. First off, they repeated lied about mailing it. Then they mailed it to the wrong address (wrong city) though my file had my correct address.
