I went to exchange a filter without a recipt since I called first and the guy said as long as its in the orignial package ,and the person who helped me raised his voice to me and acted like it was his fault and he was going to be in massive trouble his behavior was unacceptable I was threatened by his behavior like he wanted to hit me, but it was a misunderstanding. The customer service is terrible and if you are foolish enough to waste your money here then you deserve a puppy mill pup. Only your higher power will be able to help you when you go back into the store and
