We offer quality instruction in self-defense, fitness, discipline, focus, confidence, integrity, control and stress management. USA Martial Arts offers a Mixed Martial Arts for Self Defense curriculum that is deeply rooted in tradition, balanced with progressive and innovative teaching methods and philosophies. USA Martial Arts creates a nurturing environment that is positive and empowering.
