I had the worst exp. with this company... Carrie, the owner is very arrogant and rude. I made and appointment with them and when they made a scheduling "mistake" as she called it, they never apologized and were very unhelpful. I took a day off of work to meet with them and all she kept saying was it was a miss-communication.. I would have been happy to re-schedule if they would have apologized, but they never did. I simply made the comment in a non-rude way, that if they couldnt get the initial consultation right, that I would hate what they would do on my wedding day...
