We purchased lifetime warranted blinds from Brent Franklin, owner of Blinds & Design back on 02-19-05. He has been to my home a few times since then to handle some warranty repairs until this most recent concern. I called him and spoke to him about these repairs and he said he would call me back the same day. I waited 2 or 3 days and then called him daily until I spoke to him one more time and he asked me if the manufacturer called me as per his request, and we said that we had not heard from anyone in regards to helping us.
