Dr. Bicknell received his Bachelor Of Science Degree in Bio Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1996 and graduated as class valedictorian from The University Of Illinois At Chicago School Of Dentistry in 1999. He continued his dental education and completed a three year Orthodontic Residency at the University Of Illinois Department Of Orthodontics where he graduated in 2002.
