Warning: Overrated, overpriced, attitude problem & not willing to admit or fix her mistakes! I ordered 5 plates with Lori that totalled $361.25. At the time I ordered them, I was very specific about what I wanted. I told her I wanted my son's name, age & the year on the front of all the plates. She told me she automatically did that & did not write down my request. She asked me to prepay, but all I had with me was $250. Not a bad "down payment" at all. More than half. Once I arrived to pick up the plates, I noticed one that should'
