We saw Dr. Gartlan who said that our daughter%u2019s ears were fine and that she passed her hearing test. However, he then went on to recommend tubes. He also told us that they did not have a pediatric anesthesiologist. The office billed us with codes that were not covered by our insurance and refused to rebill the claims under a different code %u2013 despite the insurance company recommending different codes to bill.
