Going into the Staple store of Queensbury NY with my daughter this saturday, shopping for school supplies, along with many others. I do understand the associates point of view on this day. It is VERY busy with bustling parents and students looking for everything. However,, that is there job, to stock the shelves and help the customer, correct? I confronted an associate to ask where an item was, (that I had looked for myself before asking, knowing they are busy)he gave me a dirty look and abruptly took me to the place in which it was located.
