Scott agreed to paint my car with PPG base (he mainly uses Dupont) because it's originally a PPG color from the factory and a compatible clear coat. He complained about the paint system. I offered to take the car to another shop if he was uncomfortable about using this paint system, He assured me that it would be alright. He called a week later, said that he had a problem with the clear and to come and get the car out of his shop. He ruined the paint job by not following the manufacturer's directions which I provided him with. He knocked a $100 off of the quot
