Will NEVER shop here again. Went in to buy a toy that I could clean and use over and over, asked for help. They ended up selling me something that I found out later was ONE TIME USE. Would not allow an exchange for THEIR misguidance. Called the manager to ask for an exchange, and she accused me of calling and "harassing her all day" the very first time I called. NEVER SHOP HERE. They will rob you if they can. They lost a lifelong customer in me. I REPEAT: DO NOT SHOP AT BATH ADULT OUTLET.
