Entered store to buy wood flooring & carpets for our home; and another in NYC. was not greeted, but, noted salesman Tom on the internet watching baseball. Awaited for his assistance about 20 minutes. Other associate was a woman seemed occupied, also. We eneded up setting up a measurement; but had already gotten a few from other companies. one of which we may have been leaning toward.
