Went to PSB on jan.23 2010 for the first time.We were told a 45 minute wait time.When I checked back with the hostes 45 minutes later she sat us at a table that was empty since we first walked in.I thought restaurants made more profit by keeping tables full of paying customers.Maybe the management should stress to the host station personnel the importance of table turn over.Otherwise our server was excellent as well as the food and beer.
