The service in this restaurant is some of the poorest service I have EVER encountered. We opted to sit in the smoking section, because nonsmoking was completely full. Note to restaurant...your ceiling is filthy! Anyway, after about 5 minutes we were given menus and our drink order taken. Another 5 minutes and our drinks appeared. Now, we understand slow service when a restaurant is busy, so we weren't too concerned. Once we got our drinks, the wiatress said she would be back to take our order.
