This was my first experience with this shop, and most certainly will be my last. My girlfriend received the flowers I got for her birthday but was a little disappointed with the quality. She is a big "Lilly" lover and the arrangement I picked out catered to that. The only problem was when she received the arrangement, there were only 3 lilliys (one of which was dead, another hadn't bloomed). The arrangement I ordered was supposed to come with a glass vase, but instead she was left with this scratched up thin plastic one. They offered a "$20 refund
