Used him for the ceramic tile I had laid in my house. The ceramic tile looks awful. Mr. Carroll is more than willing to take your money, but when it comes to correcting a problem he can come up with more stories than you have ever heard before. He is not consistent with his story telling either. One time it happened this way and the next time, it happened another way. He forgets from time to time what he has told before. My best advice to you is to STAY AWAY (FAR AWAY) from this man. He is in it for the money. Mr. Carroll claims his Contractors are the best%2
