They ruined 6 polo shirts even after re-doing them. The first time they looked as if a child in sewing class had done the job. After the re-do they are puckered at the hem and narrower at the hem so they hug my legs; the slits on the sides at the hem are not the same length and they are not wearable. They are having to re-do another tunic top, the hem was crooked and looked like a roller coaster, plus it didn't come with a stitched hem from the store. I will be back charging them on the credit card since I am now out about 400.00 for shirts that I can not wear.
