Ponds Heating & Cooling was founded in Ocala, Florida in 1997. Since the beginning, our company has worked very hard to give the best service and installations possible. We pride ourselves on the fact that Pond's is a 90% plus, "word of mouth" company! We are happy to say that this trend still continues today. Of course we do advertise like any good company that is looking to be successful would, but without a doubt good word of mouth, is the bread and butter of our company. Our staff consist of well trained and dedicated employees. If it's new we usually know about it, if not we will certainly research and find out about it! We are a smaller company, that said.....it is indeed by choice. Offering consistent quality is not an easy task......many times when a company gets to large, more often than not quality begins to suffer. We offer a broad range of services including but not limited to: general system maintenance, system repairs, sales and installation of a variety of air quality products, as well as new construction w/ customized duct and central A/C heating systems. Total replacement/upgrades of older, inefficient heating & cooling equipment. We also offer services for commercial & industrial work. We are known locally for our ability to do "custom" work that somehow eludes our competitors. Pond's very often finds that we were recommended by one of our local government officials or building department inspectors. The highest of compliments in our opinion! We have donated to many of our less fortunate customers through out the years. One of our bigger community projects being the YMCA youth building. All services required to heat and cool this project were happily donated by us at Pond's. This is our way of giving back to the community that has allowed us to continue to prosper and grow as a company here in central Florida.
