I Gave him \"A Tex Painting\" aka \"Jason Johnson\" a deposit of 50% down for a list of handyman work and he never started the job or did any work at all. He won\'t return my money. He won\'t return my calls. The Texas department of Licensing and regulation as well as the Texas Residential Construction Commission says he is not licensed. Charges were filed on 11-10-08 with the two agencies above as well as the Texas Attorney Generals office.
