This is the letter I have faxed 2x to Chris. w no response and 2 calls w no call backs. Dear Chris, On 11/04 upon arrival to my home i found a small trail of water on my garage floor. Upon inspection I found it to be my hot water tank leaking. This was the original hot water tank. I called your establishment around 5pm and inquired about pricing to have it replaced. The guy who answered the phone was very polite and informative.
