I had credits for an order that they messed up on , when i wanted to use my credits they said they couldnt find it under their records. I tried to be reasonable and the guy said theres nothing he can do. It got me really mad because i waisted my time and moneyThey ripped me off and they were telling me that i was lying. They didnt even try to work something out they just wanted me to get off the phone. Horrible customer service.
