Their customer service rep lied to us on the phone telling us that it would cost us $75 parts for them to come replace the inside of the toliet and the stop valve. They told us the plumber would give us a parts cost on arrival before doing the work. I asked the woman two times if i would be charged the $75 just for them coming to look at it or if that was for the work and she told me twice it was for the work that they do not charge by the hour just $75 parts no other fees. When the plumber came to look he quoted us almost $400 for this job so we told him no tha
