Randy Anderson, owner of Gopher Irrigation, was given a deposit of $1,250 for the installation of our irrigation system and planting 21 trees. The trees were dropped off along with some minor material. He then called with numerous excuses and failed to show. We contacted another company for the planting of the trees and installation of the irrigation system. The balance remaining after returning the materials and subtracting $300 for the cost of the trees is $830. He has indicated on several occasions that he would bring the money over but has failed to
