I am an African American doctor living near Calumet Park, IL. My son took our vehicle over for an estimate two weeks ago and was denied service. He was told to not park in their lot and then told to come back another day. Even though he disclosed he was uncomfortable doing so, he returned, and was once again told to enter from a DIFFERENT DOOR and given a business card with the written estimate on the back for his insurance documentation. So I decided to follow up with a phone call to determine if they issue written estimates on letterhead and they said of course.
