When they installed heating in a new addition, it is either way too hot or way to cold. We asked them to come back out three times and the problem is still not fixed. My wife and I have to block the vent with plastic because it blows to strong and is too hot in the winter. The worst part is the customer service. The women that answers the phone is miserable. I believe this is a family owned business and if you get the wife to answer, hang up quickly and try back again and hope someone else answers. She is rude. They have the worst customer service in the area.
