First I was given a quote of what my ins would pay,after the exam and the dialation, the woman couldnt find the glasses I ordered, once she did she informed me the insurance wouldnt kick in on my purchase, which is why the appt was made in the first place. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
