I went had a new girl learing to do nails. I understand that u r learning, however u can't just leave a girl who does not speak english with someone. After an 1 1/2 I left since she was still filing my nails and hadn't gotten near the polish yet. I asked her how much I owed her and she could not tell me because she does not speak english.
