The funeral directors seemed very understanding at first. I got the impression after a few days of trying to work out the arrangements that htis was not for the family but to assure that they would get there money. Unfortunately this family had no insurance and neded time to gathter donations for the services. Throughtout our time working with Simons Staff, I had the feeling that they kept trying to pressure us into doing things their way.
