I have a small shop behind my home which has a in the wall furence.I was having trouble with it staying lit. After having two other co. look at it and could not find the problem and tried to charge me for a service call when they did not service anything, I called Schultheis and the were up front about the cost of the service call and had a service man at my the same day. In about 45 min. they foudd the problem and fixed it. Total cost $106.00 including the service call. Service rep was very nice and explained everything to me.Five stars.
