At bouse rv George and Charlene Roach have a nice little scam going. In their contract they have put in their that you can be evicted with 24 hour notice. Now the only way this is legal is by an ARS statute that requires living in an rv park for 6 months to be a legal resident with the rights there of. George and Charlene offer you a discount if you pay a year in advance once paid it is non-refundable a few months later they evict you as a non-resident and keep your money.
