Theiss Landscape's bids are competitive, but they apparently compensate by offering awful, nonexistent followup service. We spent thousands of dollars with them on two major irrigation projects, but when we needed them for a couple of service related issues, they initially ignored voicemails and then scheduled appointments that they failed to keep without so much as a call to reschedule. We now wish we had gone with a higher bidder because we have had to hire others to fix the problems.
