Do not count on the office staff to give you accurate information on whether they're in your network. My computer was in for repairs so I specifically asked the office if they were IN my insurer's network, not just accepting of what my insurer would pay. The girl put me on hold, came back and told me they were in my network and that I'd have no out of pocket cost or at least very minimal.
