I called Dar-Tech to help with a problem with a workstation. They arrived nicely dressed and professional. Before I knew what was happening my server was not working. I wasn't getting email. After many hours I was asked for data backup tapes, because the server had crashed. There wasn't a problem with the server before just a desktop pc. We lost weeks of work and had to hire another company to get us up and running. And still I got a bill for 2 employees at 8 hours at $125 an hour and nothing was fixed just made worse. $2000 for nothing and all Frank Jaesc
