I recently went to this place and I have to say the service SUCKED! The bartender was rude as he didn't even say "Hi" or anything. He continued to be rude the entire time I was there and appeared to be in the wrong business. Perhaps a job wherein talking isn't required would be more along his lines. Also, the waitresses seemed rude and unhappy to be at their jobs. This is unfortunate as there are not many places open late during the week in Pekin, however it does not excuse the ILL-personalities! I would advise others to not go to this business!
