I have NEVER been treated with more disrespect from a "service" provider in my life (and I've lived in NYC and Chicago!). I recommend seeking service elsewhere... even if they must travel a distance. I was so disappointed, but it was mostly in the customer interaction, not the service itself. Awful experience!
