DO NOT GO TO THIS REPAIR SHOP!!!!! I brought in a pair of Christian Louboutins to have the rubber heel tips replaced. When I picked them up, the red bottom of one shoe was COVERED in black permanent marker. There were numbers and scribble all over, ruining the trademark red bottom of the new shoes (yes, the marker is visible when I walk in them %u2013 it%u2019s spans farther than the balls of my feet). I also brought in a white cork pair of Donald Pliners to have heel tips replaced and they were returned to me with black polish fingerprints
