i use to live in villa park and went into jim's all the time. My son had all kinds of pets and acquariums ranging from toads to ferrets. I was in there the other day and the treatment was so different from what i remember. It was the only store that had what I needed. The worker was nice enough, but i guess it was one of the owners that was not friendly at all. I have moved out of the area now, but i will not go there again. it's been about 14 yrs. since I was last in there buying mealy worms and fish food. I will travel where ever I have to go to avoid this
