Brown's will give your ID information to anyone. I had a car towed for blocking me in at an apartment (when there were plenty of empty spaces). The driver was really nice and said (paraphrase) "I bet they won't do that again... Just need your ID, but your info is between you and me. No one else will ever see it." A few hours later an angry landlord is calling me telling me that he has all my ID info and is going to file a lawsuit! He had my name and number!
