Established in 1997, Forest Ridge Family Dentistry is a general dental practice offering a full range of restorative and cosmetic services. Dr. Schymanski has practiced dentistry in the Northwest Indiana area since 1985. We offer digital smile makeovers with any Lumineer or Snap-on Smile consultation, so that patients can preview how they will look with their new smile! We partner with Dem-Mat as a member of the Lumineer Smile Discovery Program, offering a wide range of cosmetic services backed by 25 years of experience. We offer financing plans to help pay for treatments including plans with 0% interest.
