I have spent the last 16 years of my life at Indiana Gym-Nest and I do not regret any of it. Teresa and Byron Holden are two of the best coaches I have known. The environment it welcoming and everyone feels like family. Jealousy is not a problem at this gym because those who get jealous leave. The gymnasts are kept safe, they are taught to respect and be supportive of their teammates, and that hard work really does pay off. Our girls all placed very well at the state competition on 2009 with the level 8 and level 9 qualifying for the regional competition. It is a great plac
