Express?? I beg to differ! I brought in two pairs of pants that needed to be hemmed in 2 days. I asked right as I got there, if the pants would be ready at a certain time. No problem, they said. The lady wasn't very friendly as I left but I didn't think much about it. When I arrived (after the given time) the pants were still not done.
