We have used Baker Brothers three times for our flooring needs and will not again. I was surprised that they weren't willing to eat a $10 re-stocking fee when we returned a piece that our installer said was defective. They said there are normally no returns and that they did us a favor by doing "paperwork" to allow us to return the piece. After spending thousands of dollars at their store over the years, I believe their customer service skills were lacking. I would think a return customer, and the free advertising they could get from them, would be worth m
