We believe Mayberry Gardens is special, and a very unique Assisted Living community for two reasons: First – we provide the most homelike environment and second – we have the highest staff to resident ratio, allowing us to give the best watch-care in the industry. Mayberry Gardens is an actual neighborhood of six residential style homes. Each home is designed to accommodate 10 residents in a beautiful homelike environment, allowing for both privacy and sociality. And just like in your own home, each Mayberry Gardens home has a kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room as well as the 10 private bedrooms and bathrooms for the residents. It doesn’t get any more homelike than that.In addition, Mayberry Gardens has the highest resident-to-staff ratio in the industry; 1 to 5 during the day time hours and 1 to 10 at night. That means that you and only 4 other residents are the sole focus of each of our caring staff members during the day. Each individual is given a high, one on one priority.
