Let us get you qualified before you look for a home. HomeStar Lending is a locally-owned, independent full service mortgage banker and broker. What is now HomeStar Lending began as a franchise of Qpoint Home Mortgage Loans and opened its doors at its present Bothell location on January 2, 1996. In July of 1999, a second office was opened in Lake Stevens and in 2002, a third office was opened in Snohomish, the present location of its corporate offices. In 2001, we chose to leave the Qpoint network and became HomeStar Lending. Since we began operations, we have closed over 9,000 loans totaling over $1.5 billion and continue to grow from repeat and referral business.
