Island Real Estate FAQ: What hours is Island Real Estate open? Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm; Saturday 9:00am to 5pm; Sunday 12:00pm to 4pm What time is check-in and check-out? Guests may check-in after 3pm on the scheduled arrival date. Keys may be picked up at IRE office located at 6101 Marina Drive. As you arrive at Anna Maria Island via SR 64 thru the city of Bradenton, turn right onto Gulf Drive. At the next traffic light, turn right again on Marina Drive and our office is visible with a turquoise canopy just past the fire station. Check-out time is 10am on the morning of your scheduled departure. Keys must be returned to Island Real Estate in order to avoid additional key charges. What if I arrive after hours? There is an unlocked key box by our office door. Inside the keys will be in an envelope with your name on the front. The address of your vacation home will not be shown due to obvious security reasons. If your travel plans dictate that you will be arriving after hours, please call us ahead and let us know. Do I need a photo ID? Yes, when you pick up your keys a photo ID plus a Visa or MasterCard will be required to fulfill the provisions of your security agreement. Should you arrive after hours, please come by to complete your reservation the following morning. What items can I expect to find in my vacation home? All properties should have a minimum of bed linens, towels, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens including dinnerware. A starter supply of soap and toilet paper will be provided - additional supplies are the guest's responsibilities. What about telephone service? All properties have telephones with "local" service. Long distance calls can only be made thru 3rd party billing, calling cards, or your own cellular phone. Is it possible for a friend or relative to pick up the keys? Yes - provided however - that this person is named on the rental contract and provides both a photo ID and a valid Visa or MasterCard. Please advise Island Real Estate of this situation in advance.
